An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and creative Digital Marketing & Website Officer to join a highly respected charity making a life-changing impact across the world. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketing professional to play a key role in developing online engagement, communications, and digital campaigns within a purpose-driven organisation.

The successful candidate will support the organisation’s digital presence across website, email, SEO, and social media channels while helping deliver engaging and effective supporter journeys. This role will also play an important part in an upcoming website redevelopment project, helping improve user experience and digital engagement.

This is a hybrid role based in Stevenage, offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Please note: It is an Occupational Requirement for the successful candidate to be a practising Christian due to the nature and ethos of the organisation and role.

Digital Marketing & Website Officer – Job Overview
• Manage day-to-day digital marketing activity across website, email, SEO, and social media platforms
• Update and maintain website content using WordPress or a similar CMS
• Support website improvements and content optimisation to improve user engagement and online journeys
• Assist with the delivery of digital campaigns supporting fundraising, awareness, and supporter engagement
• Monitor and report on campaign and website performance using analytics and reporting tools
• Work collaboratively with fundraising, communications, and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Create engaging digital content tailored to supporter audiences
• Support ongoing website redevelopment and content migration projects

Digital Marketing & Website Officer – Skills & Experience Required
• Previous experience in digital marketing across website, email, social media, and SEO channels
• Experience using WordPress or similar content management systems
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and online user engagement
• Ability to analyse performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-focused approach
• Experience within charity, fundraising, or purpose-led organisations advantageous

Digital Marketing & Website Officer – Benefits Offered
• £34,000 – £35,000 per annum DOE
