Immediate temporary to permanent opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join our client, a small ecommerce company based in Hitchin. This role will act as an all round support to the team, dealing with an ever-changing workload managing both the customer service queries as well as order processing.
Customer Services and Sales Support Administrator Temp to Perm - Job Overview
- Liaise with warehouse team regularly to manage deadlines
- Deal with customer queries via phone and email
- Processing all orders on the internal system
- Give customers technical advise on any issues with product
- Update pricing and quotations
- Send customers order updates regularly
- Support warehouse when necessary to meet deadlines
- Manage company email inbox and post and distribute accordingly
- Answer all incoming company calls
Customer Service and Sales Support Administrator Temp to Perm -Skills & Experience Required
- Can do attitude, willing to help warehouse as and when necessary
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- The right candidate will thrive in a busy environment
- Previous Customer Service experience desirable
- Previous administrative experience essential
