Do you have proven experience in Project Management, with Six Sigma/ Lean training and exposure working within an operational or warehousing based environment?
Our market-leading Hertfordshire based client have a newly created opportunity for a Team Leader with process improvement skills and experience in project delivery to join their brand new transformation team.
You will be required to lead on sub projects, review functions and processes, streamline procedures, and improve the customer journey with continuous improvement initiatives.
Under the direction of the Project Manager, you will support to lead on project improvement initiatives, mentor and motivate project team members and engage with stakeholders.
Previous experience within an operational environment is required and Six Sigma/ Lean training highly desirable and the successful candidate should be organised, professional and proactive with the ability to work calmly under pressure and able to prioritise a constantly changing workload.
