We have an exciting new administrative opportunity to work for a dynamic company based in Hitchin. This is a varied role where you will need to be continually proactive and have a passion for team work.

Operations Administrator- Job Overview

As an Operations Administrator your duties will include;

  • Ensuring the receipt of approved projects
  • Accurately recording updates on the appropriate systems
  • Managing projects start and end dates
  • Attending weekly planning meetings and other meetings as required
  • To provide accurate timely reports as and when required
  • Entering scheduled work into the relevant databases to produce agreed programmes
  • Attending regular planning and other meetings to represent the business
  • Liaising with internal and external teams
  • General administrative support to other teams

Operations Administrator - Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous Administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and personable
  • Good organistional skills
  • Ability to work of own initiative
  • Knowledge of Microsoft project is desirable
  • Ability to use Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills
