Our client, an award-winning and rapidly expanding organisation are looking for a confident new buying administrator. They are looking for someone with great communication skills and an excellent telephone manner to join their buying team. The right candidate will have good Excel skills. This is initially a 3 month opportunity with scope to potentially extend for the right candidate.
Duties will include;
· Assisting the administration process for the buying team
· Using Microsoft Excel to input manage and control data
· Answering the telephones helping with enquiries
· Updating internal systems and databases
· Working as part of a team to achieve tight deadlines and timescales
· IT literate to include Word and Excel
· Confident and professional telephone manner
· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
· Ability to multi task
· Ability to manage a rapidly changing work load
· Monday- Friday 9:00am- 6:00pm
· £8.65 per hour
· 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
· Free parking
