Our client an established and expanding Stevenage based financial services organisation are looking to grow their sales team with an experienced individual to focus on new business development.
Working as part of a successful new business team within a growing department.
Duties will include;
• Contacting pre-qualified customers to sell a solution
• Producing competitive quotes, chasing quotes produced
• Proactive outbound calling to sell a broad range of products and services
• Working within a heavily targeted environment
• Hitting targets
• Ensuring expected revenue level is achieved
• Previous consultative sales experience ideally B2B, but B2C also considered
• Experience of working within a quality sales environment where you are selling a product based on service and reputation not purely cost
• Ambitious, tenacious, driven and determined
• Confident closing a sale and working within a target orientate environment
• £18,000 basic salary + commission (£21k+ OTE)
