A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Relationship & Marketing Coordinator to join this established Hatfield based organisation. This is a busy role with varied responsibilities where you will be directly supporting the Customer Relationship Manager with administration, marketing, customer service and events duties.
The purpose of the role is to support the business to deliver its strategic goals by managing a database of prospective customers and the contact strategy, ensuring customers receive the highest standards of communication and service.
Revising and amending marketing collateral, working with design teams to produce materials for new launches
Implement contact strategy to ensure ongoing relationship with prospective customers, updating spreadsheets to reflect engagement
Update and maintain mailing lists and databases, sending mail shots as required
Work with the marketing department to generate additional marketing activity where interest and database numbers are low
Liaise with relevant departments to obtain information for new launches
Assist setting up Open Days, Sales launches and Events
Liaise with prospective customers via phone and letter
As Customer Relationship & Marketing Coordinator you will have:
A creative flair and skills in marketing
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong administration and organisational skills
Fully proficient in MS packages including databases and spreadsheets
Car Driver is essential as this role will entail travel to sites and events
£20,000 - £23,000 per annum
24 days holiday entitlement, increasing with length of service
