Job Description
Working as an Administrator providing all round support to both the Sales and Estimating departments.  Duties will include:
•Assisting in the smooth running of the office on an administration level by fully supporting the Sales and Estimating departments on a daily basis.
•Ensuring frontline support for the office, dealing with customers and incoming enquiries via the telephone and email and forwarding on appropriately.
•Opening and distributing all post and sending of all outgoing post promptly.
•Responsible for scanning and processing all orders from the sales team.
•Responsible for all literature and sample requests and ensuring they are dealt with promptly and professionally meeting agreed turnaround times.
•Responsible for stock control of literature and samples.
•Responsible for ensuring all mini cubicles are sent promptly and safely to customer requests.
•Responsible for supporting the estimating department through accurate and prompt registration of all new enquiries and internal generated enquiries.
•Responsible for filing of all project files.
•Responsible for ensuring any necessary repairs or contracts are carried out including cleaning of office/stationery/recycling/water delivery etc

Required Skills
As an Administrator you will:
•Be an efficient communicator at all levels
•Be well organised with a methodical and structured approach to work
•Self-motivated & dynamic
•Have experience as an administrator, within a similar role
•Be used to handling multiple tasks at the same time
•High attention to detail
•Have a responsible attitude
•Confident user of Word & Excel, and ideally Powerpoint

•8.30am-5.00pm working hours
•£17,000 - £19,000 per annum salary
•Pension scheme
