New Business Development Executive, Stevenage, Competitive Salary plus Commission
This dynamic, successful organisation are looking for a talented individual to join their Business Development team.
As part of the lead generation team, you will ultimately be responsible for generating business enquiries for the Field Sales team. You will need to be innovative and tenacious in order to build relationships and create opportunities that will help you to do this.
Duties will include;
· Making 100+ outbound calls per day to potential customers
· Arranging appointments for the new business team
· Managing internal diaries and planning appointments in a geographically organised way
· Verifying information and generating leads
· Working to company targets for both activity and results
· Maintaining the database and making amendments where necessary
· Building a strategic network of contacts who can provide you with information and leads to help you develop a targeted approach to your lead generation activities
· Attending networking events
· Using Social Media to help to build and maintain your contact network
· Confident, professional and articulate telephone manner
· A genuine work ethic, and desire to succeed
· Tenacious and energetic
· Demonstrable experience of working towards, and exceeding challenging targets
· Excellent basic salary, plus opportunities to earn bonuses and commission from leads generated
