Temp to Perm Part Time Outbound Customer Service Advisor 

Our client based in Letchworth Garden City are looking for a confident and professional Outbound Customer Service Advisor to join their busy friendly team on an ongoing temp to perm basis. The right candidate will have a warm and empathetic telephone manor with a passion for excellent customer service.  



Job Description 

To promote clients by phoning and contacting current and previously cancelled customers. 

Working hours 3:45PM - 8:45 PM : 3-4 shifts per week.  Every Saturday 10:00AM - 15:00PM 


Duties will include; 

· Proactive outbound calling 

· Informing Customers on updates 

· Using different selling points to retain customers 

· Updating company internal system 

· Verifying customer details 


Required Skills  

· Attention to detail 

· Empathetic and ethical nature 

· Confident telephone manor 

· Friendly and approachable 

· Previous sales experience ideal but not necessary 


Benefits 

· £7.50PH+ Uncapped commission or £10.00, no commission

· 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
