Excellent opportunity to join a market leading company as part of a friendly, lively and busy team. The main purpose of this role is to develop the image and profitability of the company brand in the UK market, in accordance with Company objectives, through planning, budgeting and implementing the relevant marketing activities that grow market share and the brand reputation under the supervision of the Wholesale Director.    

Job Description
As a Brand Manager you be required to;
• Identify and recruit new customers to the company programme, visiting customers and upselling the different benefits of different packages
• Work closely with other departments internally
• Take brand ownership, work towards targets set to achieve goals
• Develop in house training and deliver training to different sales representatives in branches
• Organise staff meetings, conferences and present at the events
• Monitor product stock levels and come up with new initiatives
• Undertake competitor benchmarking activity
• Oversee the advertising and marketing strategy
• Work closely with re-brand design and installation teams

Required Skills
• Proven sales experience, ability to work to targets
• Ability to work to deadlines, driven to achieve results
• Strong analytical skills
• Confident communicator
• Excel & word reporting essential
• Have to have a driving license due to travel in the role
• Strong team player

Benefits
• Salary £40,000 - £45,000 + OTE (£55,000 - £60,000)
