Sales Executive, Stevenage, £18,000 – £20,000 (plus commission)
Our client, based in Stevenage, are looking for a passionate, driven individual to join their established, friendly team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to let them know about available properties, arranging and conducting viewings and negotiating final offers.
Duties will include;
• Add new client details to the internal database.
• Collate marketing material for properties and post to internal and external websites.
• Identifying properties which meet the needs of customers registered on the internal database.
• Contacting customers to inform them of relevant properties available.
• Liaising between vendors and customers to arrange viewings, provide feedback and negotiate offers.
• Previous office based experience in a role involving customer interaction.
• Confident speaking to customers over the phone and face to face.
• Strong desire to build a career and progress within a business.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (plus commission)
• 25 days’ holiday
• Working hours: 38 – 40 per week
Monday to Friday 09.00 – 18.00 plus 09.00 – 16.00 Saturdays (3 out of 4 – a day off during week will be given on those weeks when a Saturday is worked)
