A local company are looking for a passionate, customer orientated and hardworking individual to join their customer service department.
Working as a Customer Service Executive you will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be responsible for the following duties;
Order processing via telephone and email
Quality checking returned stock against return notes, processing refunds for customers
Answering inbound telephone queries ensuring a speedy and professional resolution
Answering email queries within 24 hours on working days
Delivering an excellent standard of customer service to all customers via telephone and email
Offering product knowledge and advice to customers when required
Excellent Telephone manner
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong attention to detail
Organisational skills, can work to tight deadlines
Proven ability to work well as part of a team
