Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive you will have effective communication skills and have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service. Duties will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for the company via phone and email and passing on customer queries to relevant department

  • Liaising with customers to gain information and give advice where necessary, via the phone and email

  • Liaising with operations, sales and clients and booking meetings/events for them

  • Passing on sales leads to the sales department and maintain records in CRM

  • Maintain event planning spreadsheets and reports to meet clients’ requirements

  • Liaise with accounts, sales and large clients to raise and process invoices

Required Skills

  • Previous administration and customer service experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Confident character familiar dealing with people at different levels 

  • Proactive attitude 

  • Working as part of a team 

  • Confident on Excel 


  • £20,000 salary

  • Working hours, Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.00.  There will be an additional requirement to provide cover on a Saturday morning, on a rotational basis (probably once a month) between 07.30 – 09.30 working from home

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
