A very successful organisation are looking for an experienced, inspiring Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating sales as well as motivating a small team working in a Sales and Customer Service environment.

Job Description
Working within a small sales team you will be responsible for performing the duties of a sales executive, as well as team leader duties. You will:

  • Qualify and distribute leads in line with the sales process
  • Manage and convert leads in line with sales process & targets
  • Take incoming sales related calls
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending suitable training solutions.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide support to management and Directors to ensure that sales staff are achieving set targets and KPI’s
  • Motivate and lead by example for the team

Experience Required

  • Previous experience of managing teams is an advantage
  • Ideally management experienced gained within a sales environment.
  • Ability to lead on the job
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - to include grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Proven passion about sales
  • Excellent IT skills

Benefits

  • Salary of up to £28,000 dependant on experience (+ £8,000 - £15,000 OTE commission)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
