Salary & Benefits

Our first HR Networking session of 2026 will be a chance for us to discuss everything related to salary & benefits. As always the session will be in free flow discussion, but some topics we will be covering are: 

• Perception of the value of working v not working – entry level salaries competing with benefits for not working
• Response to minimum wage increases
• What impact does this have on salaries for more senior roles? Is min wage increasing at a faster rate than salaries for more senior people? Is the gap shrinking? Is this fair? What's the knock on effect
• As salaries go up are other benefits being squeezed out?
• Salary increases this year? What are your businesses offering? Just inflation or more? Performance related or not?
