Caroline Townley

I have worked within recruitment for 12 years across a broad range of sectors including Administration, Customer Service, Sales, HR and Finance, always within the Hertfordshire area. Throughout my career I have held various roles where I have always progressed. This has taught me the importance of making the right career choice, and how enjoyable it can be when you find your ideal role; I am aware of this every time I meet a new candidate or work with a new client.

At Lawrence Dean Recruitment I am accountable for the management of our temporary workers. The structure and the way in which our team works together at Lawrence Dean Recruitment means I have a  unique opportunity to be fully responsible for this area of the business. My role is incredibly rewarding and varied and I love the opportunity temporary work creates for people to develop themselves and their career. I personally find nothing more rewarding when I have enabled people to shape their careers due to my support, and see the satisfaction my clients have when I am helping them to create new and talented teams.

The major attraction for me working with Lawrence Dean Recruitment is that the focus is purely on finding the right employee for a client and the best job for our candidates. Recruitment in its simplest form, but it really does work! I always want to improve the service I deliver and what I am doing and working with a team with the same ethos on a daily basis is incredibly motivational. We all want to make a difference and genuinely love what we do…. it’s infectious!

Away from work I have an eight (going on 18) year old daughter who keeps me on my toes and entertained! I am usually roped into watching the Disney channel, arranging sleepovers and listening to latest girl bands…. on repeat.
