Our History

November 2010

Kelly Notley and Sarah Leete start Lawrence Dean Recruitment Group, in a tiny office with two laptops and two phones.
November 2011

We hire our first employee, and are also finalists in the Best New Business category at the Hertfordshire Business Awards.
May 2012

We win our first award – Most Promising New Business at the first Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards.
March 2013

Lawrence Dean finds work for our 1,000th candidate.
November 2013

We win Best Small Business at the Hertfordshire Business Awards.
June 2014

The awards keep coming as we win Stevenage Business of the Year at the FSB Awards.
July 2016

We move to our fourth office, giving us more space to interview as the team expands.
January 2017

Lawrence Dean becomes a sponsor for Stevenage Community Trust.
January 2018

A whole host of new benefits added; tax free annual bonuses for all, private medical insurance, increased holiday entitlement and paid sabbaticals
November 2018
