Graduate Customer Service Advisor

• Managing an email inbox of relevant tasks
• Being responsible for independently managing a busy workload, constantly multi-tasking and prioritising duties
• Updating systems, ensuring processes are completed
• Proactively chasing customers and external stakeholders for information required - both telephone and email
• Liaising with stakeholders daily, providing an excellent a time efficient service

• Applicants must be able to drive due to location
• Degree educated advantageous 
• Eager to learn and develop
• Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Polite and professional customer focused approach
• Ability to prioritise workload 
• Well organised with strong multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

• £25,000-£26,000
• Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm 
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Hybrid working after training (3 days in office, 2 from home)
