£23,400 per annum – Hybrid working (3 days office based and 2 days remote) – 25 days holiday plus bank holidays – onsite parking -

Due to continued growth and success this market-leading organisation with a global presence are looking for a Customer Service Account Executive to join their successful team. 

The role of Account Executive is responsible for providing high standards of customer service to an allocated portfolio of clients, ensuring instructions are followed accurately and relationships managed and maximized.

Customer Service Account Executive – Job Overview

• Raising job instructions as per clients requests, ensuring instructions are understood and followed
• Ensure excellent day-to-day communications with clients, team members, suppliers, internal departments and the operations team to ensure client jobs are processed correctly and efficiently to agreed service levels
• Provide expert advice to clients, becoming trusted advisors on all things distribution
• Managing and prioritising incoming emails from a shared inbox and escalating where appropriate
• Managing administrative tasks such as raising charge notes, arranging collections and recording delivery complaints
• Working across different in-house systems for warehouse management, shipping and job workflow

Customer Service Account Executive – Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a customer or client service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Organised with strong time management skills
• Fully proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) intermediate level
• Good secondary level education - Grade C/equivalent in Maths and English

Customer Service Account Executive – Benefits Offered

• £23,400 per annum
• 8.00am – 4.30pm/ 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (alternate weeks)
• Hybrid working (3 days per week office based)
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Onsite parking
