• Use databases, public records, social media platforms, and other sources to gather debtor information.
• Make outbound calls to verify and cross-reference collected data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Update records as required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Provide regular reports on tracing activities and outcomes to management.
