Software Customer Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically minded customer service advisor to join a growing and dynamic business. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who has an interest in software, systems, and troubleshooting, and is looking to develop within a technical support environment.

You will support customers with EV software-related queries, assist with system setup, and help resolve technical issues. This role would suit someone with strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in technology, even if this has been developed through education, personal projects, or early career experience.

• Salary £26,000 + £3,000 bonus (paid quarterly and after probation)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support via phone and email

• Troubleshoot software and user account issues

• Support customers with system setup and configuration

• Escalate more complex technical issues where required

• Maintain accurate records within CRM systems

• Assist with onboarding new customers and system access

• Prepare customer documentation and contracts

• Stay up to date with system updates and product changes

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong interest in technology, systems, or software

• Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office

• Ability to learn new systems quickly

• Experience in a tech, IT, or customer support environment (desirable)

• Understanding of CRM systems, networking, or IoT (desirable but not essential)
