£29,000 per annum – 25 days holiday plus bank holidays – 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday – Immediate start! – 12-month FTC

Immediate opportunity for a highly customer focussed individual with excellent organisational and administrative skills to support the Facilities Manager and ensure the smooth running of this high-profile Stevenage based commercial facility.

In addition to overseeing the reception and security teams this role will be responsible for managing all services within the building to ensure including control of contractors, weekly auditing of services and reporting activities.

Due to the nature of the position, this is a wholly office-based role working 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday.

Facilities Coordinator – Job Overview

  • Manage the system for facilities operations
  • Manage control of contractors process and systems for facilities operations
  • Oversee Front of House services
  • Spot checking of building maintenance standards
  • Build working relationships contractors and other parties
  • Be first escalation point for any support services issues
  • Oversee waste collection process
  • Provide cover for reception role as required
  • Follow all site security and H&S procedures
  • Act as point of contact in the absence of the Facilities Manager

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Personable, positive and polite approach
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
